[Englmajors] English Graduation Tickets have been counted out

Hi everyone-

The RSVP system closed earlier this evening, and I have counted out the tickets.  I just e-mailed everyone with ticket requests over four informing them of how many tickets they are getting.  Please contact me if you requested more than four tickets but have not received an e-mail (please check all of your e-mail accounts before writing to me, though).  If you requested four tickets or less, I did not send you an e-mail; your tickets will be waiting for you next week.

If you wish to participate in the English Graduation ceremony but did not RSVP in time, please contact me via e-mail RIGHT AWAY!

Remember that tickets will be available for pick-up in the English Advising office (Padelford A-2-B) June 2-5, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Finally, if it turns out that you do not need all of the tickets you were given, please be kind and inform me immediately.  The requests for guest tickets exceeded the capacity of Meany by 85 seats, and so there are a number of your peers who did not get as many tickets as they need for their families and are anxious for extras.
