About the opportunities:

Position 1: Social Media Communication Manager
Responsibilities: The SMCM is responsible for identifying and initiating
conversations with potential
customers that lie within the target market parameters on 8-10 accounts
behalf via messages and tweets
throughout the day. The SMCM will act as if he/she is the client company
and interact with customers
creating a streaming conversation within the social media interfaces.
This position requires someone
who is extremely reliable, and can multitask- leaving no conversation
unattended to.

Position 2: Social Media Campaign Developer
Responsibilities: The SMCD is responsible for building social media
campaigns for each assigned
client (8-10 will be assigned). Developing campaigns includes
researching online articles, facts, quotes
and information that would interest the specific client's target market,
then developing one line teasers
or marketing promos to drive the customer to the designated location,
and then integrating that
information into our software system. The ability to analyze trends of
the target market for each client
and build content specific to those trends and desires is key in this
position.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, improve processes or
solve problems is key to success in
these positions. These positions will require 6-15 hours a week with
daily tasks and
responsibilities.These are both outside positions (work independently
from any location you choose)
however there is a weekly required staff meeting that you must attend.
The positions are 4 month long
unpaid internships, after a successful 4 months has been completed the
SMCM and SMCD are eligible
for a paid PT position.

Requirements:
Self motivated
Familiar with facebook and twitter
Goal oriented
Willing to learn
Must have some Work History
MS Excel
Not required, but a plus:
Html/ iframes knowledge
Experience posting on behalf of a company or organization.
