*Organization Description: *An award-winning skilled nursing and long 
term care provider, Kin On Community Health Care is dedicated to 
providing a comprehensive range of culturally and linguistically 
appropriate skilled nursing care, support services and health-promotion 
education to Asian seniors and families in King County and parts of 
Snohomish County. We serve residents through the Kin On Health Care 
Center (100-bed skilled nursing facility) as well as clients in the 
Community Care Network of Kin On (in-home health and support services).

*Job Description:*

Assist in researching story topics for newsletters and writing 
stories/press releases. Will work with the selected student to determine 
interests and learning areas.

*Days and hours: *Monday-Friday 10am-5:30pm, 10-20 hrs/wk (flexible)

**

*Desired: Qualities, abilities and skills:*

  * Proficient in English
  * Good written and verbal communication skills
  * Experience with researching and writing articles on a given topic
  * Proficient in MS Office applications
  * Bilingual in Chinese and English a plus but not required
  * Chinese word processing is a plus but not required
  * Attention to detail, organized, follows directions
  * Energetic and positive
  * Team player
  * Able to multitask
  * Dependable, able to meet deadlines
