[Enhance] Fwd: Replacing record question

I have been routinely enhancing in Connexion for several months, using the
option you describe.   It is not necessary to lock the record first.  I'd
be willing to bet that your problem was caused by a temporary glitch in
Connexion.   Or perhaps you are not authorized to replace the record in
question, and Connexion knows this ahead of time, while with CatME you had
to try and fail?

I sent this to OCLC-CAT before I went to lunch and have no responses
yet.  Either everyone is at lunch, or there are no ideas on the
problem.  Hope y'all can help.
