[Enhance] Uncertain Dates in Call Numbers

  Please follow LC/OCLC/etc. practice for records likely to be adopted by 
other catalogers/libraries. Either one of them will "enhance" the field 
back to common practice, or they will each have to change the field for 
their local [most likely common] practice.
