Happy Monday PoE students!

A few Spring registration updates:

ENVIR 450 I: Political Ecology of the World Food System
- This class is now available for registration! This class will count
towards Policy & Decision Making and/or International (Global Studies) for
Perspectives & Experiences.

ENVIR 450 D: Farm Lunch Seminar
- More seats have been added! If you are interested in the seminars, but
don't want to sign up for the credit, you can just show up to listen/partake
in discussion!

ENVIR 450 B: Growing Stuff: Ecology of Resource Extraction Systems
- This class is full. If you are interested in taking this class, please
e-mail poeadv at uw.edu to be added to the wait list.

Registering for 2 or more ENVIR 450's (special topics courses)?
If you are trying to register for 2 or more ENVIR 450's (special topics
courses), you probably found out that the system will not allow you to do
this. If one of the classes you want to take is cross-listed with another
department, sign up for the class under the other department if you can.
(For example, if you want to take both ENVIR 450 A & ENVIR 450 E, you can
sign up under ENGL 365 A & ENVIR 450 E). If this still doesn't resolve the
problem, please e-mail poeadv at uw.edu to be manually registered. Below are
the classes under the special topics course number for Spring (along with
which departments they are cross-listed with, if any):

ENVIR 450 A: Literature, Culture and the Environment (ENGL 365 A / GERMAN
398 A)
ENVIR 450 B: Growing Stuff: Ecology of Resource Extraction Systems
ENVIR 450 D: Farm Lunch Seminar (BIOL 468 A / ESRM 490 I)
ENVIR 450 E: Environmental Chemistry
ENVIR 450 G: Re-Imaging Nature: The Environmental Humanities in the 21st
Century (ENGL 440 C)
ENVIR 450 H: Environmental Pedagogy
ENVIR 450 I: Political Ecology of the World Food System (POL S 333 A)

Best,

Stanley
