[cac-alert] Vitcos central server down

[cac-alert at u.washington.edu]

The C&C server, Vitcos, where FASTRANS and other financial processes
 are located, began experiencing a problem at 9:15 a.m. this
morning making it unavailable for processing. We are working with the
vendor and there is no time estimate for it going back online.

We will send an update when more information is available.
