[cac-alert] Email With .ZIP Attachments Being Blocked

Beginning at 2:30pm today, all messages with .zip file attachments are
being blocked and discarded because of the appearance of a type of
infected file know as W32/Bagle-C that is not being detected by our virus
filters. Until this type of file can be analyzed and data is available on
how to effectively filter it out, all email messages with .zip file
attachments handled by the central UW email systems will be blocked.
