[cac-alert] ESS not available for brief periods over the weekend

   Employee Self Service (ESS) will not be available
   for brief periods over the weekend because of scheduled
   maintenance on the Higher Education Payroll/Personnel
   System (HEPPS) on Saturday and Sunday, November 20-21.
