   On Sunday April 24th between 8 and 10 AM, there will be two brief outages,
   to complete last weeks installation of hot fixes.

   The affected webs are: eps, eo, prp, sdb, and ucs.

   The affected database instances are ucssqlc2db1 (online) and
   ucssqlc2db2\sdb.
