[cac-alert] UPDATE: Intermittent Network Performance Issues

   Network engineers performed an emergency router software update at 4:15
   p.m. which should resolve the intermittent network performance
   issues.  Please contact the Network Operations at 206-221-6000 if you
   experience any further problems.
