[cac-alert] UW Bothell Internet Outage

   Users at UW Bothell and Cascadia Community College are unable to connect
   to the Internet at this time.  Computing & Communications engineers are
   troubleshooting the connection to the K-20 Network.  This outage should
   not affect access to local Bothell computing resources from computers on
   the Bothell campus.
