[eOutage] UPDATE: Data center evacuation

   Seattle Fire Department has cleared entry to the building.  One of three
   main power distribution units has failed, disrupting power to a portion of
   the computer room.  Computing & Communications operations staff is
   assessing servers impacted by the power disruption.  Vendors and support
   staff have been dispatched to the site.  

   A significant portion of the UW Medicine clinical systems are impacted by
   this event.

   Efforts are underway to attempt a bypass of the failed power unit to
   restore power to the affected system.
