[eOutage] UPDATE: Data center evacuation

   The primary data center power systems are operational and stable. Two of
   the three Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) are bypassed directly to
   City Light power and are not providing any power protection at this
   time.  Maintenance work on these systems will be completed as quickly as
   possible to restore power protection.

   All production systems are operational at this time.  If any customers are
   experiencing further difficulties, please call Computing & Communications
   at 206-221-6000.
