[eOutage] Database maintenance

   At approximately 2:30 p.m. this afternoon, C&C will perform
   emergency maintenance on the person registry database. During this time,
   while person registry data will be available, updates will not be
   possible. Minimal campus impact is expected. During the 30-minute
   maintenance period the following capabilities will be unavailable:

   * The ability to create new UW NetIDs
   * The ability to manage your UW NetID services
       via the Web pages
   * The ability to add new employees to the Opus system
   * The ability to create Early Email accounts for new hires
   * New sign up and account management on MyUW.net service
   * Tools used by the C&C and UW Medicine IT Service
       help desks
   * New account creation for Catalyst Simplesite and WebFiles
