[eOutage] Mailman Outage Friday Morning, 2/9

Earlier this morning Computing and Communications experienced an outage
affecting service to all Mailman lists. This system was rebooted and down
from 11:30-12:15. Services are currently restoring, but will be slow as
we recover from the backlog. No messages will have been lost.
If you continue to experience trouble please call the Network Operations
Center at 221-6000.
