[eOutage] Intermittent Connectivity Issues

   Computing & Communications is aware of a problem with the network that
   began at approximately 9:55 am on 02/15/2007.

   C&C engineers are investigating. There is currently no estimate for when
   the problem will be resolved.  We will update this notice as information
   becomes available.
