[eOutage] WiFi and Resident Networks down

   UW Technology is aware of a problem with the network that began at
   approximately 2:10 pm on 11/09/2010.

   UW Technology engineers are investigating. There is currently no estimate
   for when the problem will be resolved.  We will update this notice as
   information becomes available.
