[eOutage] Outage Impacting UW Exchange.

   UW Information Technology is aware of the problem with UW Exchange that
   began the morning of 11/20/2010.

   UW-IT engineers are investigating. This is a partial outage and is not
   impacting all UW Exchange users at this time. An  update will be provided
   as more information becomes available.
