[eOutage] UPDATE: Entrust Tokens

UW-IT engineers have identified and resolved the issue preventing some
users from logging in with Entrust tokens this morning. The issue was
confined to users who have logged in with their token more than 10 times
since 2/8/2012.
Users who are still unable to log in should resynchronize their Entrust
tokens by following these steps:
1. Open a Web browser to: https://uwnetid.washington.edu/manage
2. On the left click: "Entrust Token"
3. On the Entrust Token Setting screen, choose "Synchronize Token" by
entering a token number into the window and clicking sync.
If you still can not log in or if you receive an error on the third step,
call 206-221-5000 for additional assistance.
