[eOutage] UW Exchange

   We are experiencing a problem with Exchange which is causing slowness and
   disconnects while using Outlook.  Some Blackberry devices are also
   experiencing problems receiving emails.  Affected users may want to try
   OWA.  Engineers are working to diagnose the root cause and resolve the
   issue.  More information will be provided as we learn more.
