[eOutage] UPDATE: UW Exchange

   Microsoft is working with us to solve the current problems with UW
   Exchange performance. The UW Exchange system remains up and running, but
   frequently slow to respond. The root cause of the problem has not yet been
   determined.

   Using Outlook Web Access (OWA), instead of Outlook, may provide better
   performance.

   Updates will be provided as new information becomes available.
