Performance problems with UW Exchange continue and UW-IT continues to work
with Microsoft on analysis of the problem.

The performance problem now seems to also impact systems other than those
running MS Outlook.

Devices running "iOS" (e.g., iPhone, iPad) may be unable to connect to UW
Exchange over the campus wireless network. Turning off WIFI, and using
cell/data connection (if available on your device), may allow successful
connection (and potential charges for cell/data service). Connecting from
off-campus networks (home or public) may also allow successful connection
to UW Exchange.

Using Outlook Web Access (OWA) is still recommended.
