[eOutage] partial Seattle campus power outage

   UW Information Technology is aware of a power outage that began at
   approximately 5:30 am on 01/31/2012.

   UW Information Technology engineers are investigating. There is currently
   no estimate for when the problem will be resolved.  We will update this
   notice as information becomes available.

   This outage is known to be affecting only the UW Seattle campus.
