[Ess_geoclub] HAWAII CLASS TIME CONFIRMED! GEOCLUB MEETING PUSHED BACK

Hey guys and gals,

I've just confirmed a time for the Hawaii Class --

The first one will be this Wednesday at 5:15 in JHN 127.

A few of you cant make this time, I know, and what will happen is this:
You'll have to all coordinate another time to give your presentations
(preferably on the same day) and we'll all meet at a different time for you
guys on a certain week. Please try to come to one of the classes or at least
e mail Stu so we can coordinate this.

I know we just sent out e mails for a geoclub meeting and movie, which will
be pushed back until after the Hawaii class time, if that's cool with you
all.

AGAIN, please have your $465 CHECK ready and in our mailbox by 5 pm
tomorrow!!!! I can't stress this enuf guys, because only a handful have done
this so far. Please don't forget!!!

Dyan:
   This time works OK for me.  I suspect that there is no time that suits
everybody.  The students who will miss the class will have to do something
to make up the difference.  They should also make an attempt to attend one
of the evenings sessions to do their presentations.  We could schedule them
all for the same evening.  I have the class list and I can e-mail the whole
class asking them to meet this coming Wednesday.  I have checked rooms and
Room 127 appears to be available after 4:30 pm on Wednesdays.  If this is OK
with you I'll go ahead and e-mail everyone.
