[Ess_geoclub] ESS BBQ June 1st

Hey Geoclubbers

  GeoClub is hosting the Departmental end of the Year BBQ on June 1st 4:30 to 6
(or when the beer runs out.) We need geoclubbers to help with the event.  We
will start setting up about 3pm .  We will need a little help during.  Anyone a
Bar-B master?  I want to have 1 or 2 people who know how to Bar B working the grill. We also need help cleaning up.   A Costco run will need to be made
during the day on Monday to get the supplies.  Often this is done between new
and old officers.  If you can help with any of this let me know.
The weather looks good for Monday so hopefully it will be a good time.
