Hey guys,

We've gotten a lot of interest for softball and have the opportunity to form two teams. This would be perfect because some people can't play on Tuesdays, some can't play on Wednesdays. Right now we have about 22 people who wanna play, that makes two teams of 10 or 11 which is perfect....AS LONG AS EVERYONE COMES TO THEIR GAMES. 22 people for a 10 person team is gonna leave a lot of people sitting on the sideline.
If we have people showing up half the time or are not sure if they wanna play then this isn't gonna work at all.

As informal as the whole league is, and as little skill as there is actually required, it is either you're in or you're out. "I'm playing all the games or as many as I can, or I am not gonna be on a team this year." Sorry for the hard line, but in the past we've been on the edge of having to forfeit

Sooooo, in order to make this work I need immediate responses from those who have already told me they wanted to play, and also those that haven't, telling me which day you want to play on. It looks like we are gonna have Tuesday & Wed at 430 which is really the best times anyway.

I, personally will be playing for both teams, and you are welcome to do the same but since we've cut the teams down it is imperative that everyone shows up for their games. Because if we have one forfeit due to lack of players we become ineligible for the playoffs.

The rosters are not officially due until the second game so we have two weeks to hammer out who is gonna play on which team and stuff, but if we wanna make a go of having two teams you guys and gals MUST respond to this email thread. If we have lots of people show up to both of the first weeks game that would be great and we can divide from there. You can even switch games and teams until the playoffs start and even then they don't check IDs till the Final 4, so it is no big to play on multiple team (contrary to what the rules say, but take it from me)

So, lets get this second team signed up!!!!!!!

Doug
