[Foodplanning] Amending the comprehensive plan

Hi Rosemarie:

Take a look at the City of Toronto's Official Plan. The Toronto Food Policy
Council was able to insert wording changes at the very end of the process,
although it might have been more extensive if it had been able to happen
earlier.
