Was on page one (above the fold) of the Seattle Post-Intelligencer. And
the Seattle Times led on their front page with an article on how and why
food is going up in price, with several local examples of people with
coping strategies.

The original text of the resolution (#31019) can be found at the City of
Seattle website:

At last week's public comment meeting, 80+ people attended,
approximately 60 people spoke in support, and none in opposition though
one spoke in opposition to a section limiting fast food/convenience stores.

Very interesting that the reporter characterized it twice as a liberal
"manifesto." She is not our usual food policy reporter.
