[Foodplanning] Sample Food Planning Course Syllabus

Hi all,

I am a Planning Master's student at the University of Pennsylvania and TAing
a course on food systems planning next semester.  I would appreciate if you
could share any related course syllabi you have developed.  I'd like to get
a sense of the focus and scope of other foodplanning courses and start
compiling a suggested reading list.
