[fpc] Rural community revitalization through new approaches to food?

Hello,

I'm looking for examples of rural communities that have revitalized
through creative approaches to food. I am particularly interested in
the economic benefits that the food economy is providing to these
communities. Hardwick, V. T. is a great case, but I am looking for
more examples from anywhere in the world. Thanks.
