Have you ever thought about working with children, youth or families? Do
you want to help people and make a difference in the world? If you
answered yes to any of these questions you may want to think about
majoring in Social Welfare. The UW School of Social Work is a top ranked
undergraduate program leading to a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare.
Come learn about Social Welfare and learn how it's different from other
social science majors. We may be the perfect fit for you! You'll have

Social Workers are found just about everywhere including in schools, youth
centers, counseling centers, Head Start, probation, family service
agencies hospitals, and many other places! Are you interested in helping
people? Come learn what it means to be a social worker and how social
workers spend their days. We will also have information about our
undergraduate BASW program and our graduate MSW program.
