Advisers:

Please pass the word to any students who might be interested, CSE 143
(the second programming language course) will be offered for the last
time in the C++ language winter 2002.  Starting in spring 2002, all CSE
143 courses will be taught in Java (CSE 142 has been taught in Java
since this past summer).  Students who started the sequence in C with
142 are highly encouraged to finish the series with C++.  If you have
questions, please email ugrad-advisor at cs.washington.edu
