Win 02 Geog courses. Part I: Corrections

Descriptions of our Win 02 courses are in the racks outside Smi 415, and
next week we'll also put out a list of recommended courses in other
departments around campus.

Notes on Geog Winter courses:

Part One: Corrections to Time Schedule:

Geog 230 meets MTWTh, 10:30-11:20, not 10:30-12:20 as listed in the Time
Schedule. There are also Friday quiz sections

Geog 277 is NOT a "W" course nor is it a "SL" course

Geog 258, Maps and GIS will be taught by Nick Hedley

Geog 439, The Geography of Employment,  will be taught by Mark Ellis

Geog 501 A, Political Geography, is cancelled, and offered instead as Geog
573, Urban Political Geography seminar, taught by Michael Brown

Geog 502 B will be taught by Erik Swyngedouw, a visiting professor from
Oxford University. Details of the course will be available next week.

Geog 542 will soon be renamed and renumbered as Geog 544, Event History
Seminar, taught by Suzanne Withers, W 2:30-5:20, in Par 322
