> POSITION
> The Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) Department is seeking one intern to
work
> for the surface water quality team, part of the Community Services
> Division.  The intern will assist staff in field work, entry and
> organization of data, and analysis.

> DUTIES
> * Collect monitoring data in urban creeks. Gather measurements of physical
> and biological parameters, including: cross-sections, longitudinal
surveys,
> pebble counts, plan view drawings, benthic macroinvertebrate sampling, and

> * Enter and analyze data.

> REQUIREMENTS Enrollment: Applicant must be beginning sophomore, junior,
