As you plan your Winter 04 schedules, please keep in mind that the two Win
04 courses required for all majors--Geog 205 and Geog 326--will also be
offered next summer. Many of you are running into conflicts between these
and other courses, so this is one way to resolve such conflicts. Keep in
mind: 1) Geog 205 will probably be a "A term only" course, and 326 a
full-term course. our summer schedule is not yet assembled, but we do offer
326 and 205 every summer. B) we recommend that you take 326 within the first
two quarters in the major so you can use the research methods and
statistical methods learned in the course in your other Geog courses.
However, this is not a strict requirement--you can hold off and take 326
next summer instead.
Please e-mail me with any other questions oir concerns about our Winter
schedule.
