Week in Global Health!

Dear All, This Week in Global Health was delayed a bit with some
late-breaking news. Thanks to generous donors, the Department is announcing
new fellowships GO (Global Opportunities)-Health! These fellowships provide
students up to $4,000 for fieldwork experience.  

 

We also have news on:

.         Seven other funding opportunities.

.         Opportunity to learn digital storytelling.

.         State legislation to benefit global health.

.         A policy change in San Francisco on when to start antiretroviral
treatment.

.         A link to a NewsHour story examining the research of HIV-positive
patients in Peru who can suppress the virus.

.         A group on campus called The Forum on Science, Ethics, & Policy.

.         Several great events.
