> The Playing French Seattle student organization (PFS) is welcoming new members to prepare for its 4th annual bilingual theater Festival. Our RSO is in growth-mode, which means opportunity abounds for anyone interested in:

> PFS works to create valuable experiences that compliment students’ coursework and deepen cross-cultural understanding. For example, in the past we’ve featured Benin playwright José Pliya, and last year put on Mercadet, a timely Balzac play on speculation, debt, and market manipulation. In the coming year, we are looking at running a Haiti fund-raiser and are considering plays created within the French North-African Beur resistance movement.
