FYI:

Outlaws and QLaw are hosting a panel discussion on LGBT bullying next Tuesday (2/22) from 5:30-7:00 in room 138, with a reception from 7:00-8:30 in room 115.

We thought that we could best contribute to this issue by presenting a forum to discuss legislative efforts to address bullying.  The panelists are: Heather Murphy from the Safe Schools Coalition; Jeff Söder from the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction; Jennifer Harris, a legal analyst with the Office of the Education Ombudsman; and Linda Mangel, the Education Equity Director with the ACLU of Washington.  Professor Lisa Kelly will moderate.
