The UW Dream Project, UW College of Education, and Stand for Children invite you to join us for a special screening of Waiting for “Superman” and a post-movie panel discussion on February 28, 2011. The movie screening will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by a panel discussion of the movie’s topic and themes.
What: Movie screening, followed by panel discussion.
Moderator - Dean Tom Stritikus – UW College of Education
Panelist - Chris Eide – Teachers United – Current Seattle Public Schools teacher
Panelist - Dr. Dan Goldhaber - Director of the Center for Education Data & Research, University of Washington
Panelist - Dr. Kenneth Zeichner, Director of the UW Teacher Education Program.
There will be other panelists, though they are not yet confirmed.
When: February 28, 2011 5:30 p.m.
Where: Guggenheim 220, UW Campus
Who: FREE and open to the public
