It was in 1730 (i.e. IMAP4), and was obsoleted in 2060 (IMAP4rev1). I
suspect Outlook is trying to use it is because of the capability list
(quoting from the original message):

                              ^^^^^^^^^
(i.e. "VER" instead of "rev")
