This is great, thanks. Is there any timeline proposed for IMAP5, or
something earlier for internationalization/UTF-8?
It would be great to have a base specification that covered many of
the more popular extensions (especially IDLE, UIDPLUS, LITERAL+,
UNSELECT), but I'm sure every client implementor has a different
shortlist.
