[Imap-uw] strange subscription problem with thunderbird

Hi

I've got this really weird issue w/ Thunderbird.

When I click on the subscribe button, it shows me all my mailboxes that are 
available for subscription.  However, a few of them are greyed out.  Using 
pine 4.64, I can get to these mailboxes fine.  I'm using the new MIX format.

What could be the possible reason that Thunderbird thinks that these 
mailboxes aren't available for subscription?  Could it be an issue with the 
mix format files?  If so, which files should I be looking at to see if 
there's something wrong w/ it?
