[Imap-uw] Client name/address mismatch issue

That message is NOT in the UW distribution of UW imapd.  This means that 
one of the following is the case:
  1) You are using a different IMAP server than UW imapd.
  2) You are using a third-party modified version of UW imapd.
  3) You have some form of TCP wrappers on your system after all.

If you give me the DNS name of your system, I can try to connect to it and 
see if it appears to be UW imapd (which would at least exclude possibility 
41 from the list).  Otherwise, I don't know what more I can do to help 
you, as whatever generated that message is not from code that I wrote or 
which am I am familiar.
