[Imap-uw] The OS which requires the least effort to install UW IMAP server

I tried that with uw-imapd but the compilation gave a bunch of errors, 
most likely to do with something or another missing. But I didn't have 
time to thoroughly research it. So I figured I just keep with the debian 
stable package.
