The Seattle Asian Art Museum is looking for Japanese speaking individuals
who are in college or
older.  A person who is interested in Art or Children may be especially

Japanese-Speaking Museum Volunteers Needed


The Seattle Asian Art Museum SAAM is now seeking Japanese speaking
Volunteers to help in Gallery Touring and Art Workshops.  The Seattle Asian
Art Museum is world renowned for its exquisite Asian art treasures.  Located
in the center of Volunteer Park, the SAAM commands one of the most beautiful
views of Seattle.  The majority of the volunteering will be conducted in
English but 100% perfect English is not required   There will be two types
of volunteer positions available:

1. Touring groups through the galleries of the Asian Art Museum.

This position will have a series of 4-6 training classes in English at a
time and date to be announced and conducted at the Seattle Asian Art Museum.

2. Assisting the Art Educator for School Tours

These volunteers will help with the art activity of school age children.
The volunteer will help the Art Educator with the Asian art related topics
and assist with the set-up and finishing of the art project.
