where to call sshd?

There are two [good] places:
1) You could add an ssh entry to /etc/inetd.conf, which should have a
startup script at /etc/rc.d/init.d/inet.
2) You could have a separate startup script at /etc/rc.d/init.d/sshd.
I installed ssh via some rpms, which automatically setup Option 2.
Thanks,
