Gimp on Becker

I'm not able to duplicate your problem. When I use the text tool using
The Gimp on Becker I see a list of 47 fonts. And the one I just tried
seemed to work alright. Hehe.

I couldn't say it any better than the gimp guys themselves:
"All font rendering in GIMP 1.0 is done by the X server that the Gimp is
a client of. So installing fonts "for gimp" is really a matter of making
the Xserver properly use those fonts."

To you I believe that means the X/font server managing the X session on
your X Windows Terminal is what's at fault...not anything (or lack
thereof) on Becker.

|A) Anyone know if these are just hidden somewhere else on Becker (mike?)
|
|B) Anyone know how to set the info from outside Becker so it knows where

|
|C) Is it possible (as well as OK) to install these fonts if they aren't

|Waddaya guys think?
