Rpm installation problem

Are you doing "rehash" to rebuild the hash table in the shell?  Are you
sure the directory in which the binary is installed is in your $PATH
(use "whereis pico" and "echo $PATH" and make sure your shell knows to
look for the file).  Also, read the rpm man page so you know how to
query it to tell if you really *did* install things, where, etc.
