running httpd at startup

I've never used Mandrake but I know it's based on RedHat and RedHat has
this tool called 'chkconfig' which you can use:
chkconfig --list httpd
httpd 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:off 4:on 5:off 6:off
chkconfig --level 35 httpd on
or just 'chkconfig' for basic usage.
